Q1. How to get a quotation from your company?

The best drawing is a 3D solid model for quotation.

Also, a 2D CAD drawing (.dwg or .pdf ) with weight is ok.

Q2. Can you produce according to the samples?

Yes, we can produce your samples or technical drawings. We can build drawings for you after we get your samples too.

Q3. What is your sample policy?

We can supply 1 pcs sample free (value under USD15/PCS) after we finish your drawings, but the customers have to pay the freight cost. If you need more samples, you have to pay the sample cost.

Q4. How about your lead time?

Toolings &Samples

Tooling or mould needs around 35 days after receiving your 100% payment.

Mass production

We will produce after receiving a 50% deposit.

The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q5. How about your QC?

We will produce it after the customer confirms the samples. When mass production we have a quality inspector to check. We can negotiate to solve any problem.
